We welcome help of all kinds, whether financial or skills. As we build a new experience for kids, a new model, and a new organization, we’d love to connect with those who love our mission and have something to offer.
This summer showed us what can happen when kids have the time, mobility, companionship, and adult support to explore their community together.
We are here because kids should have some free range in our world, like many of us adults experienced when we were young.
We are here because being a parent or caregiver can be challenging in these times.
It takes a village to give parents and kids a bit of freedom.
Free Range is still a pilot. We're learning what works, what families need, and what it will take to make this kind of community-powered mobility and exploration possible for more children.
Support helps us take the next early stage steps thoughtfully—from Surrey equipment and maintenance to safety gear, to coordinating activities, securing insurance, building our organizational foundations, and making participation accessible to families who might otherwise be left out.
